Top Forty Pop Music has never really been my thing, however I always found myself digging MJ. His commitment to a live band and often enlisting rock guitarists such as Slash, Van Halen, Dave Navarro and Orianthi always gave his music an edge that is seldom seen in pop music. One could wright an entire thesis about the genius of this man and the influence he has had on the music industry – so I’m not even going to try and surmise it. I will say,  I’ve never seen or heard another entertainer have the effect on people that MJ’s music does, it is near impossible to not be moved by his infectious sound. For this reason, I strayed from my usual rules of not using song titles to tag my paintings (I usually try to focus on a song lyric)…I simply could not find a better title to sum up the feeling that comes over me when I hear is music.
